The draw for the Xmas Raffle took place on Monday 12th. December and the prize winners are listed below.

Congratulations to our 2016 Club Champion, Frank Boggie, who beat the rest of the field by a massive 6 points.

Frank will receive his trophy along with the other prize-winners at the Clubs Prizegiving Dinner, to be held in the New Year.

Well done to Frank Boggie who took glensherup by storm and won with a healthy lead over the others with 10 fish caught. In second place was Sandy Watson one of our new members with 8 fish and as a club there was 31 fish, for over 73lbs caught by 5 anglers which was not bad going at all. Frank takes an early lead in the race for the Club Championship

The Fishing Policy for the Club Waters has been updated for the 2016, and can be found under the Club info tab.
The Clubs AGM was held last night, 3rd Feb., at the Kilcreggan Hotel.
The meeting approved the waiving of the £55 joining fee as a special offer for 2016, thus making fishing with our club even better value for money
The application form for the 2016 Club Outings is now available on the "Competition & Events" page.
Congratulations to Jane Wright, who clinched the 2015 Club Championship with a fine victory in yesterdays final club competition of the year. Jane caught 7 rainbows for 17lb 4oz, with Frank Boggie coming a hard fought second with 3 fish for 6lb 7oz.
The race for this years championship was the closet for a while, with 4 anglers with chance before yesterdays result.
Jane has now won the Club Championship 4 times in the last 6 years, and continues to do exceptionally well in external competitions, such as recently finishing 2nd in the Ladies Scottish Championship, enable Jane to represent Scotland in International Competitions.
